Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Payment is due at the time of service or according to any prior agreement.

Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all trading card designs and may use photographs and images captured during events for our marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content and Data Handling
All photos are captured on-site and securely uploaded to our hosting platform. No user-uploaded content is accepted. Photos are deleted from our servers following event completion, with secure access provided to the event organization.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If a photo is unsatisfactory, we reserve the right to perform one reshoot and reprint at our discretion.

Liability Limitation
We are not liable for any errors, defects, or damages beyond our control. Lost or damaged cards will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Privacy
We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond the photos themselves. Photos are stored securely with restricted event organization access.

Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from abusive or illegal behavior during the experience.
